With growing concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to provide you with information regarding our response to this situation and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our staff and customers is Fat Panda’s top priority. We are committed to providing a comfortable and safe workplace for everyone. While the current public health risk associated with coronavirus is low, we will continue to monitor for developments very closely.
We will be implementing additional measures in our stores to ensure safety to our customers as well as the safety of our staff, they are as followed:
- We have suspended in-store sampling of e-liquids until further notice
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting procedures with particular focus on high traffic areas and high contact areas such as doors, counter tops, debit/credit terminals, seating areas, and menus.
As information and guidance from public health official’s changes, we will reassess and change our procedures accordingly.
