Q: How do I create an account?
A: Your account is created when you checkout with your first order.
Q: I have a discount code, how do I use it?
A: There is a discount code field on the checkout screen (not to be confused with the notes field.) If accepted, the discount will automatically be applied. Only one discount may be used per order.
Q: What payment forms do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard and EMTs/E-transfers.
Q: Where do I send my e-transfer?
A: Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the answer fatpanda (all one word, all lower case.)
Q: Why is my credit card being declined?
A: Our online credit card processor is quite strict. Make sure the billing information is the same as is registered with your credit card provider. Please note that it can take a number of tries for your card to be accepted. If you are unable to process your card, you can select EMT as your payment option and in the notes field request us to call you for you credit card number.
Q: How do I know if my order has been processed and shipped?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that our distribution centre is closed weekends; any orders received Friday afternoon or later will be processed on Monday (or Tuesday after a holiday.)
