Disappointed in company practices

"I love the product but disappointed with the service. I bought 4 Multipacks which were quite expensive in total and then 5 minutes after I sent my order in I received an email from Fat Panda stating that because it was Labour Day I could get 15 % off my order. Well I had just sent it in so I emailed them to ask them to apply the discount to my order and never heard from them. I tried phoning them but there is no person to talk to at their warehouse number. I tried calling one of the stores and they suggested cancelling my order and then reordering using the code. Tried that but there's no way to cancel an order online. In the end I gave up but this is not a sound business practice. I ordered only 5 minutes before I received the email.Why is there no one to talk to? Why can't an order be cancelled online so it can be reentered? Very sad because it would have been about a $25 discount and I can use this considering the state of the economy and being a senior on a fixed income"
